This policy applies to physical products purchased from House After Midnight Studio through this Shopify store.
Current selling market
The approved Shopify selling market is Australia. Shipping availability, rates and delivery options shown at checkout depend on the product and delivery address.
Current shipping rates
- Standard shipping: A$11
- Free standard shipping on eligible orders of A$100 or more
- Express shipping: A$15
Any rate or threshold shown at checkout takes precedence where the store has been updated after this policy.
Processing and delivery
Processing times vary by product, particularly for made-to-order items. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless the store expressly states otherwise. Carrier, weather, remote-area and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery timing.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not incur physical shipping charges.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfilment.
